When this happens, the typical reason is that you have requested conflicting options in the “Required Amenities” section. For example, choosing All-Inclusive and European Plan would create a conflict. To remove the conflict, try moving your choices to the “Optional Amenities” section instead!
Another one we see that causes few results is choosing “Adult Only” and “Adult Only (some teens allowed) both as Required Amenities. This will return ONLY resorts that allow teens, as both items must be a part of that resort to be included. Move these to “Optional Amenities” instead and you will open up to more results!
- Log in to TAToolkit
- Click on the Account link in the top menu
- Click on Membership on the left
- Click Change Membership Plan
- Choose whether you want to pay Monthly, Quarterly or Annually
- Click Select under the Level 2 account
- Click Submit Change
- Log in to TAToolkit
- Click on the Account link in the top menu
- Click on Membership on the left
- Click Change Membership Plan
- Click Select under the Level 1 Free account
- Click Submit Change
Your account will revert to the Level 1 Free account at your next renewal date.
- Click on Account at the top right menu bar
- Click on Membership at the left menu bar
- Click Change Membership Plan
- Choose how often you want to pay (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Click “Select” on the Level 2 plan
- Submit Change
- Update credit card information
- Submit Change

To change your password, just choose the Forgot Password option on the login page. Your password will be reset to changeme, and you will have the opportunity to create a new password when you log in again.
While logged in to TAToolkit, go to the Account menu item at the top. Scroll to the bottom and click Edit. Make the change, then click Save at the bottom.
